Fall in Brooklyn

I paid a visit to Danny in New York this weekend. Sunday was one of those days when the light shines so that you feel the passing of summer all over again. We had plans to ride bikes into Williamsburg but faced a few setbacks. Among them: a subway closure and my apparent curse regarding rental bicycles and scooters. Don’t ask. Nevertheless, we found our way westward and to the waterfront, where we spent the afternoon before (successfully) renting bicycles and riding back to Danny’s neighborhood, where I captured these photos.
